When will my item ship?

We ship all items within 10 business days after receipt of payment and clarification of your specifications. If there is an issue we will contact you via Ebay email, Etsy Convo or your Paypal email address.

How will I know when my item has shipped?

You should receive an email from Paypal when your items ship, if not, the tracking number will be in your Paypal account. Simply login and view the transaction.

Do you discount shipping?

 We do not discount shipping on orders of less than 10 items. These fees are tied into our bottom line and help cover our ebay, etsy and paypal fees, packaging, packing supplies, labels, etc.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. If we make a monogramming mistake, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will correct it.
