What order should I put the initials in? TOP
When you are submitting an order PLEASE tell us which initial is the last name and which order you want them.
For example: Mary Beth Smith could be MBS or MSB. If we only get MBS with no explanation, we won't know which letter to make larger or if you want them all the same size.
When will my item ship? TOP
We ship most items within 5-10 business days after receipt of payment and clarification of your specifications. If there is an issue we will contact you via email. Some items do take longer and are noted on their main page. The items include Clairebella, Luna B Tees, etc.
How do I place my order? TOP
The easiest way to place your order is by adding one item at a time to the cart. This will make sure that each item's specifications are grouped with the item.
What if want my item just like the sample shown? TOP
If you would like your item just like sample just put "same" and we'll just the same fonts, threads, fabrics, etc.
What if I make a mistake on spelling or initials while ordering? TOP
If you make a mistake, you can always remove it from the cart by unchecking the box next to the quantity and clicking "Recalculate." Then enter the correct info, and then add it to the cart again.
How do I care for my item(s)? TOP
Drinkware is handwash only. Do NOT put in the dishwasher, microwave, etc.
Market Totes, totes, purses, etc should be spot cleaned with a damp white cloth. We recommend a white cloth so that the color of the cloth doesn't transfer onto the items you are cleaning.
Bib, Burps, Onesies, Aprons, etc should be cold washed with like colors and layed flat to dry. We do not recommend fully drying the item in the dryer but it can be put in for up to 5 minutes to help remove wrinkles.
Vinyl Monogrammed Items are handwash only. Do NOT be put in the dishwasher, microwave, etc.
How will I know when my item has shipped? TOP
You will receive an email from us when your order ships. It will contain your tracking number.
Do you accept returns? TOP
We cannot accept returns because each item we sell is personalized. If we make a monogramming mistake, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery as confirmed by tracking and we will correct it.
Is my info and credit card data secure? TOP
We accept VISA, American Express, Mastercard & Discover. Your credit card information is never stored on our website. Our credit card transactions are handled by FirstData, the largest procssor of credit card transactions via automated encrypted communications. At no point is your card information stored on our site & or acessible to our staff. You data security is our utmost concern. If you have any questions please feel free to call us at 1-888-716-1740.
What if my order arrives damaged? TOP
We work very hard to package all orders so that they arrive safely. We also feel very fortunate that in almost three years of shipping all over North America, we can count on one hand the number of items that have been damaged in shipping. However, once a package leaves us, we cannot be responsible and for this reason, we strongly suggest that insurance is added to all orders when you place them. If an item is damaged in shipping and you added insurance to it, you can go to: http://www.usps.com/insuranceclaims/online/ to file a claim. We will be happy to assist you in getting any info we have to complete this process.
Do you need my phone number? TOP
On very few occasions we have had to call customers but on these occasions the contact info provided proved to be invaluable. We will only contact you via phone if we cannot reach you via email after several attempts and/or your email bounces back to us.
Where do you ship to? TOP
We ship to the US and APO/APE's. We do ship to Canada on occassion but please contact us prior to ordering for details.
What if my coupon code didn't work? TOP
Some coupons are set to expire after a certain date, please verify that it isn't expired. Also, after entering the code be sure to click the "recalculate" button to apply it to your order.
What if I would like my item to be blank? TOP
If you would like your item to be blank, please put that in the notes before adding your item to the cart. We ship most blank items within 24 hours.
I'm looking for 5 or more of a particular item. Do you offer quantity a discount? TOP
Yes! We are happy to work with you on a discount for 5 or more of the same item. Please contact us with the item and quantity and we'll respond with a quote within 24 hours.
How much is shipping? TOP
Our shipping is currently based on the cost of the item purchased. We are planning to upgrade to a weight-based system by the fall. If you overpay on shipping, a refund will be issued. All our items ship via USPS or UPS with tracking.

Can I pick my item up from you? TOP
Absolutely! If you're in our local area of Crestwood, KY and would like to to pick up your order from us, select "Crestwood, KY Store Pickup" and there will be no shipping charges. We will call you when your order is ready. Please allow 5-10 business days (unless otherwise specified).
