Order Processing Timeline
We're a staff of 9 working our hardest to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ship all orders within 2-4 weeks after it is processed. This does not include shipping time.
We also operate a storefront in Crestwood, KY so if you needing an item by a specific time, please touch base with us first to ensure we can accommodate your order. We want to make sure it's in stock, we have adequate shipping time, etc.
Generally, orders are processed Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm Eastern time. Orders placed after 2pm may not be processed until the next business day depending on volume. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays even though our store is open during these times.
