Terms of your shipment and order
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages from USPS or UPS. We will not be held liable for packages that do not arrive properly to their destinations without the purchase of insurance.
If you receive your order and it has been damaged, please keep everything including the damaged box. If your order was shipped with UPS we may choose to file a claim for damaged merchandise. Failure to call us immediately about a damaged shipment may cancel your claim (within 48 hours maximum after delivery per tracking number records).
We do not guarantee any delivery dates, as we do not have control over the shipping companies. We try to give you the best information we receive from USPS and UPS. If you need rush delivery, please contact us prior to ordering.

Refunds and Mistakes
We assure that every order has been double checked for accuracy. However, mistakes may still happen. Because we custom order and monogramm the items we sell, we cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds. If you notice an error in your order, please call us immediately with the situation. Failure to contact us within 48 hours will void any claim. If it is our mistake we will correct it.
Warranty
We guarantee our items against manufacturing defects (not damage you cause or damage caused when you open the package - use care) for 90 days from receipt per tracking info to the full extent offered by the manufacturer unless otherwise specified in the item details. We feel strongly about the quality of the items we sell and rarely do issues ever come up so we review each on a case by case basis.
